This is not medical advice
Everything on this site is published for general information. We are researchers and writers, not physicians, dietitians or pharmacists. Nothing here constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here should replace a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
MemoHoney is not a treatment for memory loss
Memory loss, confusion and cognitive decline can be signs of a medical condition that needs proper assessment. A dietary supplement is not a substitute. If you or someone close to you notices genuine changes in memory or thinking, please see a clinician rather than relying on any supplement.
Speak to a doctor first if any of these apply
- You are pregnant or nursing
- You are under 18
- You take prescription medication — L-arginine and L-citrulline can lower blood pressure and may interact with blood-pressure and erectile-dysfunction medicines
- You have a diagnosed medical condition
- You have surgery scheduled — tell your surgical team about every supplement you take
Dietary supplements are regulated differently
In the United States, dietary supplements are not subject to the pre-market approval process that applies to pharmaceutical drugs. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold. Any badge or claim suggesting a supplement is "FDA approved" is inaccurate — what a manufacturer can legitimately state is that a product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a statement about the premises, not the product.
Individual results vary
Response to any supplement depends on diet, genetics, sleep, existing health status, medication and consistency of use. Results described on this site are not guaranteed and may not be typical.
Never delay medical care
If you have a health concern, seek professional advice. Do not disregard or delay medical care because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
